Spring is finally here and I am SO ready for some warm weather and sunshine! ☀️ Today I’m sharing some simple Spring and Easter decor that I’ve been working on around the house. I don’t really like to go all out with the typical Spring colors, so I stayed with my go-to neutrals and greenery (surprise surprise ?).
Nothing says Spring like tulips. ? I found these white tulips at a local place called Decor Deals and they are SO pretty and realistic! My husband actually thought they were real!
My favorite spot to decorate-the coffee bar! I was ready to simplify this space a little and I think it turned out nicely. I changed out my Rae Dunn canisters for these hobnail ones I’ve had from Walmart. I brought in some texture with the basket and of course more of the tulips. The stack of books are random ones I picked up from Goodwill and took the paper covers off. Such a cheap and easy decor tip!
I really love shelves, can’t you tell? This shelf lives on my counter to display cute seasonal items. I like how simple the green bunnies are, while still being festive for Easter. The giant Rae Dunn Easter egg had a pink bow on top, but it was messing with the aesthetic so I removed it. Haha! Oh, and please ignore my dirty cabinets! ?
I usually keep the holiday specific things limited to the kitchen to make un-decorating a lot easier (unless we’re talking Christmas, then no room is left un-touched! Haha). I kept the living room fairly simple. We spend a lot of time in here, so I wanted a calming feel. Here are a few shots of some of my favorite spots.
This shelf is in our guest bathroom. I’m not usually into art, but I just loved this simple painting from Hobby Lobby. The colors are right up my alley!
Lastly, I added some spring greenery and florals to my office. These drapey green sprigs came from Hobby Lobby and everything else I already had!
I hope this gives you a little inspiration for decorating your home for Spring. I pray you are having a great start to 2021 and have a Happy Easter! I appreciate you stopping by!
